Common Issues

  • No data displayed: Ensure the date range you selected contains activity. If no meetings or webinars occurred during that period, the report will be empty.
  • Report generation fails: This can happen with very large datasets. Try shortening the date range or filtering the report by user or meeting ID.
  • Unable to export: Check your browser settings to ensure downloads are allowed from the Zoom web portal. Ensure you have sufficient storage space on your device.
  • Incorrect data: Verify the selected report type matches the data you are trying to retrieve (e.g., using a Poll Report for meeting attendance won’t provide the correct data).
  • Data retention policies: Be aware that Zoom has data retention policies. Data older than the retention period may not be available in reports.
